By creating an account on fatoto, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using fatoto and close your account. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future amendments.
fatoto reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
fatoto operates under international gaming licenses and is hosted offshore. Indonesian law regarding online gambling is complex. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address online betting platforms. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of fatoto complies with applicable local laws.
To register an account and use fatoto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on fatoto. This age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Indonesian legal standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed without refund of remaining balance.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into agreements.
fatoto primarily serves residents of Indonesia. While we operate internationally, our services are optimized for Indonesian players through local banking integration (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), Indonesian-speaking customer support, and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) currency support. Users accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited must not use our services.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one active account on fatoto. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Accounts are tracked by name, address, email, phone number, payment method, IP address, and device fingerprint.
You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling services, either through fatoto or any other operator. If you have previously self-excluded, you must wait for the exclusion period to expire before registering a new account.
To create a fatoto account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID card or KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (IDR). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure.
fatoto requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid Indonesian national ID card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP for identity confirmation. Verification is usually completed within 1-24 hours during WIB business hours.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify fatoto customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or other personal information changes, you must update your account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or account restrictions.
fatoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for major banks.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from your bank. In rare cases, technical delays may occur. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your name matching your verified KYC documents. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
fatoto processes approved withdrawals same-day during WIB business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Most withdrawals are approved within 30 minutes. Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Additional processing time may be required if your account requires manual review for security or compliance purposes.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP members may qualify for higher limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly cumulative limits may apply based on your account tier and verification status.
fatoto does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Interbank transfer fees are the responsibility of the User.
Bonuses and promotions offered by fatoto are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Not all users may be eligible for all promotions. fatoto reserves the right to exclude users from promotional offers at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Specific requirements will be stated in each promotion's terms.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10-20%) or may be excluded entirely. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes), colluding with other players, and exploiting technical errors or loopholes. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned.
fatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be affected by such changes, though we will generally honor commitments already made to users.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of that sport. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific rules for Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay bets are available in our detailed sports betting rules.
Live in-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. Due to transmission delays, there may be a time lag between the actual event and your screen. fatoto reserves the right to void bets if we determine they were placed after the outcome was already known.
All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures to ensure fair outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and maximum wins are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display error, all affected bets and game rounds are void. fatoto is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.
fatoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on winnings from a single bet, accumulator, or game session. Current maximum payout limits are available upon request from customer support.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
While fatoto strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. fatoto is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
fatoto uses third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues caused by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.
Gambling involves risk, and you may lose money. fatoto is not liable for financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming activity. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fatoto's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.
fatoto services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
fatoto reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Accounts with pending wagering requirements on bonuses may need to forfeit bonus funds before withdrawal.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. fatoto may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
Users who wish to self-exclude from gambling can request temporary or permanent account closure through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for details.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fatoto's operating license is held. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and fatoto, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to our management team for formal review.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support may be subject to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
